Working with clay is good for the Soul

Sunday 9 March | 1.30 pm - 4 pm | $ 95 per person

Join Cate from Fig Tree Studio to create a stunning clay tile using her hand drawn templates or your personal designs, decorated with impressed flower, heart and leaf sprigs, fabrics and more.

Around 5 weeks after the class these will be fired and glazed using a stunning blue glaze, creating a gorgeous art piece to hang in your home or gift to another.

Working with clay is good for the soul! Immersing in a gentle creative activity helps to switch off a busy mind, and making these is fun and achievable even if this is your first time using clay.

All materials are provided so all you need to do is turn up ready to have some fun and creativity.

Completed pieces are ready to collect from Normandale, Lower Hutt or Pautahanui. For those unable to collect, Cate offers the convenience of postal delivery for an additional fee.
