Working with clay is good for the Soul

 Create a stunning ornamental clay jug to be displayed or used with dried flowers, using slab building techniques, textures and pressed shapes. Around 5 weeks after the class these will be fired and glazed using a deep emerald green glaze creating a gorgeous art piece to display in your home or gift to another.

Working with clay is good for the soul! Immersing in a gentle creative activity helps to switch off a busy mind, and making decorative vessels is fun and achievable even if this is your first time using clay.

All materials are provided so all you need to do is turn up ready to have some fun and creativity.
10am - 12:30pm
$95 per person, includes all materials, glaze and double kiln firing.
Completed pieces are ready to collect from Lower Hutt or Pautahanui up to 6 weeks after the class.
