Join Cate Pates to create a stunning clay bowl and wall hanging spoon decorated with vibrant coloured slips and bold underglazes. Around 5 weeks after the class these will be fired and glazed using a clear glaze to bring out the brilliance of the colours, creating a gorgeous art piece to use in your home or gift to another.
Working with clay is good for the soul! Immersing in a gentle creative activity helps to switch off a busy mind, and making these is fun and achievable even if this is your first time using clay. Dimensions are (approximately): Vibrant bowl, 19cm wide and Wall hanging spoon, 20cm long.
All materials are provided so all you need to do is turn up ready to have some fun and creativity.
